Effective October 20, 2026 · Initial operator-review edition
Africa Credit stores your name, email, password hash, tenant assignment, consent record and the requests you submit. Sessions use secure HttpOnly cookies. Security logs record actions, timestamps and hashed login-attempt identifiers. We do not collect full identity numbers, card details or bank credentials in this initial release; do not put them in request text.
We use account data to authenticate you, enforce tenant access, track cases and protect the service. Authorized tenant staff can review their organization’s cases; platform administrators have operational access across tenants. External partner links take you to services with their own privacy policies. No bureau, bank, tax, email or payment data connection is active by default.
Consent is recorded when you register. Provider access requires a separate authorization flow and appropriate lawful basis. No personal data sale, targeted advertising or cross-site analytics is implemented in this release. No official financial data is invented or substituted for provider records.
You may request access, export, correction, account closure or deletion through Profile & privacy. Requests require identity verification; legal and security retention requirements may limit deletion. Record retention must be configured and documented by the operator before launch; this initial release retains submitted records until an authorized maintenance process handles the request. A privacy request records a case and does not automatically export or delete data.
The operator must publish its privacy contact, applicable countries, processor list, retention schedule and any international transfer arrangements before collecting live regulated financial data. Do not use this service for children under 18. Revised notices will identify their effective date.
